The film will enjoy a US bow March 20, 2015. It will be a day and date release with a limited theatrical exhibition and a same day VOD premiere. Keep an eye out for our review of this off-the-wall film in the coming days.
Zombeavers is co-written and directed by Jordan Rubin. Rubin co-penned the screenplay with Al and Jon Kaplan. Zombeavers marks Rubin’s feature film directorial debut and it is the first feature script for his co-writers as well.
The film follows a group of college kids who trek to a cabin in the woods only to be attacked by a hoard of angry, zombie beavers. Their lighthearted plans soon turn into a fight for their very survival as the teens are menaced by the titular aquatic mammals in an all out war between human and beaver.
